Alvaro Morata is already packing his bags to try his luck at the sixth team of his professional career. The Spanish striker will be announced in the coming hours as Como's new player.
The former Atletico Madrid player has a contract with AC Milan until 2028 but will ultimately continue to enjoy Serie A football while wearing different colours, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 32-year-old striker, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Galatasaray, has decided to join Como to have a more important role than he had with the 'Rossoneri' last season.
Morata played 25 official matches last season with the San Siro side, 21 of which were as a starter, scoring six goals and providing one assist. During his time in Turkey, he played 16 matches, scoring 7 goals and providing 1 assist.
