Spurs considering swap deal with Barca for Romero

Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly considering a surprising swap deal involving Cristian Romero to secure the services of former Leeds United winger Raphinha.
Under Ange Postecoglou, Tottenham have made an impressive start to the season, securing eight victories in their initial 12 matches and currently holding the fourth position in the Premier League standings.
Eager to bolster his squad in the upcoming winter transfer window, Postecoglou is actively exploring options for a new forward. Raphinha is among the potential targets as the Brazilian winger who previously played for Leeds United and is currently in his second season at Barcelona, having completed a £50 million transfer in 2022.
Raphinha has netted 12 goals in 61 appearances since rejecting a move to Chelsea. However, Barcelona's ongoing financial struggles have prompted the club to consider offloading him for a fee of £60 million.
