Wales capitain Gareth Bale claimed that he is feeling at 100% and prepared before the start of the Qatar World Cup, where he will go up against USA, Iran and England.
The forward's state has been the main unknown for the national side during the preparation for the tournament, given that the ex-Real Madrid man has only played half an hour since he played against Poland in September with the national side.
However, the now Los Angeles FC of the MLS player declared that he is ready for Wales' first World Cup since 1958 to start.
"I'm at 100% and ready to start", Bale claimed, whose side will play their first game against the USA on Monday 21st.
The Welsh captain was asked about whether he will be able to play the three group stage games and he was clear about one thing: "If I have to play 90 minutes in those three games, no problem. I'm in form and ready. If I have to play three full games, I'll play them".
"The last three or four weeks have been difficult, especially when you hear about other players and that they're out of the World Cup. I've been speaking with my teammates, and those who were playing this weekend said it was tough mentally. You could only pray not to get injured and miss such an important event such as this", Bale added.
